Focusing on the work objectives of \"standardized process, rigorous review, accurate documents, and clean process\" in qualification approval, optimizing the approval process setting, further standardizing the acceptance, review, audit, approval, publicity, announcement, certification and other links, clarifying the ownership of rights and responsibilities, and ensuring orderly implementation.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 2;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 标楷体;\">（2） Improve the institutional system. Focusing on the licensing matters directly implemented and delegated by the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development, all levels should establish and improve the approval management system, and strictly carry out business in accordance with rules and regulations. We need to strengthen the construction of the anti-corruption system, comprehensively sort out, investigate and approve anti-corruption risk points, refine and clarify prevention and control measures one by one, form a closed loop of mutual restraint and supervision in each link and position, and minimize discretionary power.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 2;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 标楷体;\">（3） Clearly define the review criteria.
